Temperature Controlled Liquid Baths

A choice of four temperature controllers with either analogue or digital temperature selector offer temperature management over the range of -40oC to +250oC with stability as good as ±0·005oC. Each model has a rugged, splash proof case, with all submerged parts being made of either stainless steel or high temperature self extingushing plastic. Powerful pressure circulating pumps with external circulation connections are fitted as standard on all models. The TU-20C, however, has dual suction and pressure pumps. With a choice of four different temperature controllers and five stainless steel baths having a capacity of 8 to 48 litres, a range of 20 different systems are available to suit most laboratory and industrial applications. Inlet and outlet pipes at the rear of the controller can be used for external circulation to another piece of apparatus or sealed for circulation within the bath itself.
The baths are also suitable for below ambient applications and can be used at sub-ambient temperatures with a cooling coil (optional on the TE-10A/D and TU-20D, standard on the TU-20C) or with Techne Dip and Flow Coolers. Unheated Baths

Designed to be used with either a clip-on Tempette or Tempunit thermorequlator, these new baths incorporate attractive carrying handles for added safety. The four smaller models have seam free stainless steel inners for easy cleaning. The largest bath, the B-48, is of welded contruction. All baths have stoved enamel steel outer cases. Accessories

Flat and Gabled Lids - manufactured of stainless steel and available to fit all sizes of constant temperature bath to help prevent evaporation losses. Gabled lids provide extra working headroom within the bath.
Adjustable Trays - supported by a ball chain and clip the stainless steel trays can used to alter the depth of the bath.
Polypropylene Spheres - a ball blanket is an effective way or reducing evaporation and loss of heat from a water bath acting as effectively as lid, whilst providing instant access to the bath. Supplied in packs of 250 × 25mm spheres.

TE-10A

The Tempette clip-on thermoregulator offers a temperature range of -20oC to +90oC, covering most routine labouratory applications. A circulating pump with external circulation connections is standard, as is adjustable over-temperature cutout.
TE-10D Thermoregulator

TE-10D

This tempunit offers a temperature range of between -40oC to +120oC. There is a digital temperature selector, circulating pump with external circulation connections, adjustable over-temperature cut-out and low liquid level cut-out.
TE-20D Thermoregulator

TU-20D

A wide temperature range of -40oC to +200o can be digitally selected with this model of the Tempunit. This unit incorporates the additional feature of RS232 connection.
TE-20D Thermoregulator

TU-20C

This top of the range model has additional features fitted as standard including: An audible alarm, high capacity dual pressure and suction pump, cooling coil and features RS232 connection. The temperature range is -40oC to +250oC.
